Café CousCous is a chic and stylish diner that offers a small and superb vegetarian menu influenced by the exotic flavours of Arabia. Overlooking the lush rural farm land that produces Bali’s famed rice, Café CousCous is a hot spot for excellent coffee on the island. Word has rapidly spread about our delectable vegetarian cuisine but our association with organically grown F.R.E.A.K Coffee has placed us on the map of lovers of the magic brew. Delightful fresh salads are served up with the traditional breads and dips of the Middle East. We infuse some of our dishes with exotic ingredients such as pomegranate. Our juices are made to order so are always bursting with flavour and the goodness of vitamins and anti-oxidants. We aim to keep our menu healthy and satisfying. Our all day breakfast menu is full of goodness, with flavours familiar and foreign.

The Café CousCous interior arose from a desire for diners to enjoy the Middle Eastern mood. Geometric patterns grace the back wall while the unique motif on the floor captures the mysterious minutiae of Arabic Henna designs.

We had barely opened our doors when Café CousCous was named as one of the Top Five cafes is lovely Umalas by Indonesia’s important English language newspaper The Jakarta Post.
